I was playing skyblocks and noticed other people have mob spawners on there islands, they don't sell them in the server shop so how did they get them? , is there a way? Using commands/mods or something?

In one mod you can get a dolly-cart which can move blocks. These dolly-carts are mainly for moving full chests without needing to empty them - however they can also move mob spawners whole.
