How to fix lag on computer?

I play an online game called Combat Arms. I have no lag until my little sister plays minecraft on servers, from her own computer. Is there any way i can make her only use some of the internet, while i get more of it so i do not lag?

Added (1). I did give myself high priority for QoS and her a low priority. It still lags.

Nope…
Unless your router has QoS, and you configure it to give you priority, then you are both sharing the same bandwidth for the Internet service you get from your ISP.
You can always increase (buy…) faster speeds, and that may reduce the effects you see, but I suspect that is up to your parents to do…
