How much RAM do I need for my Minecraft server?

I plan on adding lots of plugins around 30 or less I still don't know I plan on having worlds like Survival worlds, Faction world, Creative world and some mini games. Also plan from 50-100 players also anyone know a good cheap server hosting I wanted GGservers but I heard bad things about it and anyone know if http://www.elite-hostings.com is any good please help me I'm new to server things

I have 256 with a ton of plugins (like 5). I would say 512 or 1gb. Minecraft servers are self generating so they use low amounts of ram. If you are looking for a hosting check out fluctis.com they are pretty good.
