Can't access any server based program or game?

For some reason I can't play any games that connect to a server (except for Minecraft for some reason). I can't connect to Steam, Origin, or Hamachi since they all need to connect to a server. I'm sure that it isn't a problem with my router, because I have used 2 different routers to test this and I still can't access any servers. My Internet work's fine. I have even gotten one of my more tech savvy friends to help and he couldn't figure it out either.
