No offense dude but most minecraft servers cost lots of $$$ so I don't think people would want to just give you one. You might be able to make a little one for like 10-15 people for free though.

I your willing to pay just search "minecraft server host" on google, pay for it and they will do the work for you, nobody is going to give you their server for free. The only way to get a free server is to host it on your computer and thats not a good idea for a public server.
