Give Some URL Feedback for My Minecraft Server?

I just portforwarded a Dynmap Server on a Netgear router for my Minecraft Server, and I need to know if it's only working for localhost or if it's really portforwarded in there. So if you could just put

192.168.1.2:8129

in your URL then give some feedback if it works or not, that would be great.

And if it googles it then it means I have failed my quest of port forwarding correctly with a different port of 8129.

Added (1). So if it's using a private IPv4 Address do I port it to my external IP?

Added (2). Okay so can you try it with 98.197.178.158:8129

That IP address is within private IPv4 address space, and only people on your network will be able to connect to it.

EDIT: Just Google "ip" and you'll get your external IP. People should be able to connect using that IP address if you portforwarded correctly.
