Banned on minecraft by a hacker

I'm a co-owner of a server I love this server so much and the owner is nice. He gives staff to anyone who asks which is annoying he even made some girl owner after two days. That girl was manipulative and she would get whatever she wanted she would claim builds that weren't hers. One day the owner gave her console password and she hacked everything. She invited a friend. I said stop and they de-opped me (I was co-owner) and killed me relentlessly. They got banned but they just unbanned themselves because they learned console. They banned me for trying to deop them. A few days later I was unbanned I went on and the owner was afk but they were on and de-opped me and banned me. I got unbanned and tried to reason with them then they banned ip for me. What should I do?
