Just leave them lol. Join another server. It's not possible to force op yourself or others unless you're an admin.

You were "framed" for griefing, so now you want to grief them… Why? There's no reason. Just find another server that has the /co i command for admins, that way it's impossible to be "framed" (I gotta say, you sound like a griefer though, esp with a name like MrTroll.)
