Problem re-downloading Minecraft from Mojang.com?

Download minecraft.exe from minecraft.net, run it, after it finishing doing whatever it needs too close all minecraft related windows, right click the minecraft.exe that you downloaded and copy it. Open up windows explorer (the little folder in the task bar on the bottom) Towards the top of window you will see a bar to the left of the search bar. Click on it and put "C:\Users\"InsertAccountNameHere"\%appda… Without quotations. Once there you will see three folders named "Local" "LocalLow" and "Roaming", open up roaming, then open ".minecraft" it should be at the top. Once in there paste the minecraft.exe, that you downloaded, in there. After this, rightclick the minecraft.exe and select "Create Shortcut" Once the shortcut is created move it to your desktop and open minecraft using that shortcut
