Will PS3 people that have GTA V be able to get the PS4 version for free/less?

GTA V is coming to PS4 and I want to know if Rockstar will allow people who had the game for PS3 to get the next-gen one for a discount or free. For example, the PS4 version of Minecraft will allow people that had the PS3 version to get the new one for only 5 dollars compared to the retail price of 20. I have the disc version of GTA V, so will this affect anything pertaining to a discount?

Added (1). Is it possible to trade in my PS3 version of GTA V for the PS4 version?

You can trade it in for a few bucks that you can put towards the cost of the PS4 version, and GameStop might offer a special deal for it, but you'd still be paying at least half the normal price and probably more.
