What differences does minecraft on the PS vita have from on PC?

So I was going to get a PlayStation TV (the console) and it uses vita games, so I was wondering If minecraft vita has all the blocks from the PC edition of the game.

If you have a PC capable of running Minecraft, get it for the PC.

The Vita/PS TV version is much smaller - in all senses of the word. The worlds aren't as large and you can't use mods.

If you're a Minecraft addict and need to get your fix while traveling, the Vita version is the way to go, but if you're at home, the PC version the one you want to play.

On Vita, the world isn't as big, not all the blocks are in it, you have to pay for different skins, you're always behind compared to PC, can't play custom maps, can't use mods/plugins, can't have big online games.

The PC version will always be better than any other editions, if you can, then get the PC version.
