I only have The Last of Us, AC Unity, Second Son and Minecraft (cuz, y'know, it's almost $100 for every game).
I've just been playing PS3 games, but I don't wanna let $500 go to waste. Recommendations?

There hasn't been anything good lately for Xbox or PS4. The only game I can recommend for the PS4 is Bloodborne and that game is really really hard. Where are you living where games costs 100$. It's 60 here in the United States. 70$ Canadian in Canada. About 60$ in the UK.
