I'm not sure if it was deleted or just disappeared. My kids swear they didn't delete it, and I do believe them. The game is still downloaded but the worlds that we have been playing on are gone. Since it's a downloaded version (PS3), is there a way to get the worlds back?

I don't think you can get them back, check the save file in your PS3's HDD, if the save file of that World exists then yes there might be a way to get them back, but if now then God bless your kids
