My first build - How will it perform?

http://pcpartpicker.com/user/JenNettlse/saved/3csB
Not included:
1080p monitor
standard keyboard/mouse
750w PSU
Windows 7 Ultimate

What it will be used for:
- Gaming (Fully modded games like Skyrim or Minecraft. I'd like to get them looking as pretty as I can and be as expansive as I can. Also games like COD and Titanfall.)
- Streaming (to Twitch and Youtube simultaneously. I think it's more weighing on internet than it is PC, but it will be a use anyway)
- Recording (With Fraps, if that matters. May consider another recording device, but Fraps has treated me well and I own it. Would take recommendations, for sure)
- Rendering (With Sony Vegas. May eventually learn After Effects. Count Photoshop in here if you'd like, but I'm not too worried about it even on the junk i've got it on now)
- General computing (thus the 3tb drive)

Notes:
- I intend to overclock it when I figure out how to and what exactly it is. The extent of my knowledge is: It takes away from the general lifespan of the parts in return for more performance, but they usually live longer than they are useful anyway, so no big deal.
- The cooling concerns me a tiny bit. The guy who helped me out assured me that the cooler was more than enough (should be for the price), but I still wonder a bit.
- Noise is a big concern (for recording and streaming, of course)
- The Hitachi Travelstar 1TB 2.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive is going in my Playstation 3, not my PC.

Any feedback at all is appreciated. Looking for:
Opinions of parts and the overall build
Ideas for changes either to impact price or performance. Would like a nice balance
Guesses at performance. I don't know if it can handle what I need it to do. I can't imagine I'll get 30 frames recording a supercharged Skyrim while using Fraps
And maybe anything about it fitting in the case or not.
Anything you think will be useful for me to know. Complete noob to this, learning as I research things.

Your extra HDD confused me for a sec there till I finished reading your question. Anyways…

That is a very powerful machine, but you don't need quite that much power. Or, better put, a slight redistribution of where you spend your money would be better.

The i7-4770K is a great processor, but it's also quite expensive. I would recommend the i5-3570K instead, which is about $100 cheaper. It's almost as powerful, just off by maybe 0.1GHz, but it cools better, is also unlocked for overclocking, and does not have the cheapo thermal paste that the 4th gen Intel processors have. It's still got the old fluxless solder that everyone's come to love.

Your friend who helped you would be correct, that fan is more than enough to keep your rig cool. In fact, it's a bit excessive. The Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO is something of an industry standard, it will keep almost anything cool and it's relatively quiet. About $25.

Thermal paste is a good thing, keep that.

If decide to get the i5-3570K you need a slightly different motherboard. The MSI Z77A-G45 is the direct counterpart to your original motherboard, it just has a slightly different chipset that works with the 3570K. If you want to keep your original motherboard you can get an i5-4670K instead, which is the 4th gen version of the 3570K.

I would advise you break your RAM up into smaller chunks so it can run faster. So, instead of two 8GB chips, get four 4GB chips.

That's a monster SSD, but if you can afford that much space then by all means, get it.

That is a freakishly cheap 3TB hybrid drive, well done on finding it. I may have to take note of that one myself actually.

What the heck?! That's a crazy expensive video card! You can do so much better than that thing. Try instead two HD 7970's in CrossFire mode. Each is about $300, so together they're about $100 cheaper than the GTX 780 Ti. On top of being cheaper, together they're a fair sight more powerful than the GTX 780 Ti.

That's a pretty good case, it should do fine. If you're really worried about noise though, let me suggest the Corsair Obsidian 550D. This is where all that money you saved on the video cards is going, as this case is a bit expensive but there's a reason why: it's sound-proofed. Just about every interior surface in this case has sound dampening material, soaking up any excess noise. You can expect something like 15db at most from this thing, even when running high-end stuff.

Set up like that, you should be able to get 30fps on Skyrim with ease.
