Can mobs spawn on snow BLOCKS on Minecraft PS3 Edition?

Mobs can spawn on all blocks except half blocks (when they are on the top half)

Snow blocks are considered "opaque" so yes they can. Transparent blocks such as glass or glowstone(yes glowstone is considered transparent) are what mobs can't spawn on. Fences and slabs or any
sort of half block prevents spawning. Look up opaquity and transparency on the wiki itle give you a list
