Put in a couple more houses, if you're near a sea - put in a harbour. Maybe put in a hotel. Put in a park, perhaps an underground club, a bar, a clothes shop and a casino.

Add some really cool Rockets and sci-fi aspects to your town, maybe a mini parkour couse to kill time or some automated farms roads to the countriside!

In the Minecraft pocket edition's most recent update, train/roller coaster tools were added. Why don't you make a few roller coasters? That will make it a lot more fun. Skyscrapers are also good things to build, along with animal farms, or shooting ranges.
