Whenever I clear the cache on my Android device, all of my worlds in Minecraft Pocket Edition get deleted. I think this is because Minecraft's cache got cleared. Is there a way to prevent Minecraft from clearing its cache when I use the "Clear Cache" option in settings?

Clear Cache clears the phone's entire cache. It's not application specific unless the phone has an option that lets you pick & choose what gets deleted.
As for Minecraft, the worlds should still be there, you just have to tell Minecraft to open that file again. The filename is what's cached - not the entire world.
