How to open a Minecraft PE server?

I want to open a minecraft PE server for me and a friend of mine, I want it anywhere between 2-6 slots and a cheap price or free. I want it to be compatible with the version 0.8.1.

I don't think you can currently host a Minecraft PE server for publicity, but I'm pretty sure you can LAN host it for your friends and family.
