I can't open my port for a Minecraft server?

I have watched numerous videos on how to port forward your Minecraft server but it still won't work. I have attached a picture of what my rule looks like. Please help!

Added (1). I'm getting my ip from the right place I just have no idea why it doesn't work.

Added (2). I do have a firewall.

Added (3). How would I allow incoming traffic on port 25565?

Added (4). I think I'm using Windows Firewall.

Added (5). I did what you said on my firewall but it still says the port is closed.

Follow the instructions on the page I linked to in my source to the letter.

Are you sure you got your ip from the right place?

In the included picture I highlighted where you should be getting your ip from. Go to start, click run and type cmd to get to this prompt. Type "ipconfig /all" without the quotes and find the line I highlighted. Your numbers will be different, but it will be in the same place. Also, I'm assuming you have Windows. The link given provides how to get your ip if you have Mac or Linux.

Make sure you leave the server IP field empty in the server properties.

Finally for people to connect to your server, they must use your external ip, which can be found at http://www.ipchicken.com/

Also be sure to configure the server following the instructions in the second link in the sources.

UPDATE:
Do you have a firewall?(Even Windows Firewall)

Allow incoming traffic on port 25565 in your firewall as well.
