How to make the nether portal in minecraft pocket eddition?

I know there are a lot of questions about this but, I still don't get is so can someone please give me directions on how to make the nether portal in minecraft pocket edition? Does it matter if I have on creative mode or not?

you can only spawn nether mobs with the nether core

Sorry, the neither the Nether or the Nether Portal are not in Minecraft PE 0.9.

There are some video of the 0.9 Beta that show both, but those videos are of the *beta*, the features did not make it to the release.
