Lovely day! Ladies and gents, it's seems that i have a rather difficult question. So the question is updating graphic drivers, will the update boost the peformance for Minecraft.
Also i have another question, ladies and gents. So the question is, that i really wan t a peformance boost for Minecraft. Without having to use money, (Because that s the goal what i'm gonna do. ) But i don't know, what will happen to my laptop if i did? Does it do "bad things" to my laptop if i update it?
Updating the firmware for a Graphics card will not boost the performance at all. That is just a software update to tell the operating system how to use and operate the card.
So on a laptop you are restricted to "performance upgrades." You can change the hard drive and or increase the rem. That's it. That though will cost some money. On the free side you can over clock the processor and the ram. This can be done through software or the bios. Personally I would t recommend doing that especially on a laptop. Once you start over clocking the processor it will generate more heat which could damage the computer.
