Can people visit you in creative mode in Minecraft pocket edition?

Yes, but I think it's only available for LAN connections. I don't think you can connect with anyone else over the internet though. To play with others you just have to start up the game, press start and go to your options, and there will be an option telling you if you want the server to be open, though remember, it is only available for LAN connections.
