Optifine to 1.7? (Minecraft)?
Will Optifine ever update to 1.7.X?

I made a custom laptop at HP. Here's the link: http://shopping.hp.com/en_US/home-office/-/products/Laptops/HP-ENVY/E1U67AV?HP-ENVY-15z-j100-Notebook-PC-ENERGY-STAR-
The only things I edited about the laptop were its Memory from 6GB DDR3 System Memory (2 Dimm) to 8GB DDR3 System Memory (2 Dimm) and it's Hard drive from 750GB 5400 rpm Hard Drive to 1TB 5400 rpm Hard Drive. Everything else seemed okay. I got this computer to play Minecraft, Terraria, maybe some emulators (not wii, game-cube, or psx), and for school (internet browsing.) Did I spend my money wisely? Also how many GHz is AMD Quad-Core A8-5550M Accelerated Processor, exactly?
I have a Samsung Series 3 Notebook (if you haven't already notice) and I want to play games on it. It has a core i3 intel processor, windows 7, with 2gb ram. And I want to play minecraft and record it with out lagging. So does anyone have any ideas or solutions on how to make it better?

I'm installing Minecraft Forge for the first time (after a terrible harsh Mineceraft experience just earlier involving MCPatcher, during which I had uninstalled and re-installed both Minecraft and Java; both seem to be working perfectly). Now whenever I open Forge (which was a pain for me to download, a friend had to send me the direct download file since I could not download it from any site), it opens correctly except whenever I click on "Install Client" and "Okay", it gives me the error message above- "You need to run the version 1.7.2 manually at least once". I have indeed opened my Minecraft, played, saved a quick game, and continued to try. I still get this error. I see many people report this error on numerous forums, but no one gives a straight answer. I'm so frustrated.
I do not want to hear "follow these steps to install Forge"or "follow this video to install Forge" because either way the error message still comes up, and this is what I'm looking to fix.
IN SHORT (IF YOU DON'T WANT TO READ All ABOVE):
Whenever I go to install Minecraft Forge- I click on "Install Client" and "Okay", it gives me the error message above- "You need to run the version 1.7.2 manually at least once". I have run Minecraft as it said, restarted my computer, etc. How to I fix this?
Please.

Thank you for responding. How can I 'patch' Minecraft to do this? Sorry.
OK, so i'm NOT using Skrill, its too needing for me (It needs social security and whatnot, pfft, no thanks), i have tried Paypal, but here is the dilemma.
I created a PayPal account specifically for minecraft, i activated it, (I think) and put my card on it, it took it and everything, it says the cards address is verified… But when i go to minecraft and go through the process and pay for it, i get a "Denied" transaction in my history… What do i do?
I Have 2GB of memory on my Mac, what settings can I use on Minecraft lag-less gameplay?

I'm trying to find more ways on how to get my channel know and get more subscribers and views on my youtube channel, i'm finding it really hard to get more views and subs. My channel is: http://www.youtube.com/...VelocityMC Any tips?
I'm planning on getting a new computer, I have everything worked out but what operating system I want.
I refuse to buy any Apple operating system for the lack of optimization and user control. There are other operating systems I like a lot (Like Linux) but they aren't as compatible with things I like to do on my computer.
The only operating systems I have ever found use out of are the Windows operating systems. I was going to get a Windows 8 computer but after hearing really bad things about it and trying it out for myself, I've decided I want to avoid it like the plague. But, at the same time, I also don't like Windows 7. I still have constant maintenance problems with it today, and the interface tends to make no sense sometimes. It's extremely annoying to deal with.
So, I started reminiscing about the older Windows operating systems and how easy and simple they were compared to the new ones. The I began to wonder if I should just get a new computer then install an old version of windows on it. I mean, why not? What exactly are the differences between the current version of Windows and the older one's, other than visual and layout changes? If you would recommend it, which version should I get? WindowsXP, Windows 98, Windows 2000, what?
Or, should I get a different operating system, that perhaps I haven't heard of or considered?
I do a decent amount of gaming and modding, I like Team Fortress 2, Dota 2, Bioshock, Half Life 2, Portal, Minecraft Etc. I also listen to a substantial amount of music, I use Foobar2000 for that. I absolutely do not use any social media websites (Unless you count email, Steam, and YouTube.). Also, I use my CPU for school a lot so I need access to good document editors, and Firefox. Other than that I don't have any use for other features and I don't care about how user friendly the operating system is as long as it is efficient.
Also, don't tell me to design my own operating system. I don't have the patience or time to learn to do that.
There's survival, creative and hardcore, but I've never heard of adventure mode before. I tried it out and to me it was the same thing as survival… Unless I didn't try much. What is the difference with adventure mode and other modes?
