Is the Alienware X51 decent for gaming?

I'm looking into getting a gaming PC that won't kill my wallet. I have a YouTube channel where I play video games, and my current CPU isn't cutting it. I need something that will allow me to play Minecraft, games on Steam (e.g. Goat Sim, System Shock 2, etc.), edit videos, and run Elgato Game Capture and OBS without problems.

The build I'm looking at is:

Alienware X51

4th Generation Intel® i7-4790 Processor (Quad Core, 8MB Cache, up to 4.0GHz w/ Turbo Boost)

Windows 8.1 (will likely be upgraded to 10)

NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 960 with 2GB GDDR5

16GB Dual Channel DDR3 at 1600Mhz

2TB SATA 6Gb/s (7,200RPM) 64MB Cache

Slot-Loading Dual Layer DVD Burner (9.5mm)

DW 1550 802.11 b/g/n/ac Wi-Fi + Bluetooth Wireless Combo

2x 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM Memory Slots

I just want to know if this would be decent enough for what I need.

Quickest way of finding Name tags in Minecraft?

I would like to know what would be the quickest way of locating name tags in Minecraft. I've been searching for about a week or so and I've found about thirty. Mainly, I focus on exploring caves and looking for those one room dungeons. Usually, I find a name tag or two are dropped inside the chests. However, I also know you can snag name tags by fishing if you are lucky and you can also trade for name tags in villages. (Though I have yet to see one of the villagers offering name tags.)

So would fishing or villager trading be a faster way of finding name tags over dungeon chest searching? Is there another way of finding them too?

(I also want to find them without using cheats or tricks. I want to find them honestly.)

How big are Minecraft maps?

I'm planning on doing some map art, but first I'm going to need to know the amount of blocks maps are. The smallest is, I think, 128x128 (16,384 in total) but I would like to know all the other sizes too. Whenever I search for the sizes, I get Minecraft worlds…

Am i addicted to minecraft?

Okay, so, I quite like minecraft, I play the game, and watch YouTube videos of it everyday, for hours, I know I shouldn't so much, but when I'm free, it's a great way to kill time. I also spend hours before bed watching a series of minecraft thAt I love. I've tried setting limits, but I always make excuses around it, so I can watch more, or play more. And tips?
