1) the village I found has NO carrots what so ever growing and the farmer act the village is currently dead
Zombies don't spawn by my house because I have a ton of torches and I don't want to go out bc I get lost easily lol

Carrots and Potatoes generally grow only on farms, sorry. Keep looking

They are only from zombies or in villagers farm

Keep killing zombies. They drop them. It's kinda rare so find a spawner and farm it. Otherwise. Find a village.

To obtain carrots, you can keep killing zombies until they drop one (it's unlikely though because carrots are a rare drop), or you can find a village and loot its crops and chests; chances are, you'll probably find a carrot.
