What is your budget?
I currently have a $630 Acer Aspire V3-571G laptop with:
CPU: Intel Core i5-3230M
GPU: nVidia GeForce 710M 2GB (with nVidia Optimus)
Screen: 15.6" HD 1366x786
RAM: 4GB DDR3
HDD: 500 GB
It will run Minecraft on Max. Settings and has an HDMI port. You will obviously have to buy Microsoft Office separately. I don't know about recording music though…
