I have a dell m5030 and when i open something like minecraft or firefox it always freezes and it tells me that windows explore needs to be close. It tried unistalling minecraft and skype but it still does it i need help

You might need to update it. OR if this doesn't work look on youtube on another computer then try to fix it on yours. Hope I helped!

What's your operating system?
Is it a pirate copy of Windows? If so, there's no fix.
If it's a legal copy, when was the last time you installed your windows updates? If you are behind, you need to install your updates because these freezes were fixed by Microsoft like many, many updates ago.
