My minecaft fps is so slow. Pease

My minecraft fps was about 6-7 then I got optifine and now its 10-16. Is it my graphics card?
this is my card details:

AMD radeon HD 6310
memory:6144mb ram
4269mb available
processor: AMD E-300 APU with radeon HD graphics

my computer is a Packard bell

Its more your processor than graphics card (Both aren't great). I can only recommend giving java and minecraft more ram to run. Also setting minecraft priority to high (YouTube or google how to do it)
