My custom PC build, I need feedback?

I'm getting a PC for Christmas and I would like something really good that won't break the bank. I have a budget of ($420). I would like to play games at a average of 70+fps if that's possible with my budget. I won't be playing super mega games only ark and minecraft mainly.
