Okay so every time I move the mouse it make me look up and spin I tried lots of things to fix it.

It may be a minecraft bug, (I don't know much about that, I play PS3) but to me i think the most likely thing is you need a new mouse, sometimes for whatever reason the mouse can be glitchy and just not work properly. Hope this helps.

It could be an issue with mouse sensitivity settings. Your mouse might be accelerated so your movements are extremely sensitive. It might also be an issue with a mouse connection, such as the cord being loose or it being low on battery if wireless. It would be helpful if you actually said what you did to try to fix the problem.
