Mojang has never sent response in support center for minecraft?

For months, I haven't been able to log into minecraft.
I tried everything, and never got a password reset email, never; I used to be able to receive them but bam, suddenly I stop getting them when I forget my password one day.
I sent Mojang one email, everything filled out, and it passed more than two business days.
I'm still waiting, is/has anyone had this problem for minecraft (pc)?

Hmm have you migrated to MOJANG.com if so use your email to log in to the client but if that's not it send MOJANG some proof of purchase like your paypal recite or your order number that way the will know it's you and with resolve the problem faster and much easy er
