Will gta iv lag on a dell inspiron 5520?

I was thinking of buying gta iv for my computer but i'm scared it might lag allot as most games do on my computer. Here is a list of games I have that work fine on my computer (40-60 fps): minecraft, wow, team fortress 2, loadout, dungeon defenders, surgeon simulator, Garry's mod, dishonored, the elder scrolls v skyrim, fallout 3, flatout 2, and portal 2. Games I have tried that DON't work well on my computer (0-30 fps): the whole alan wake series, saints row 3, just cause 2 (sometimes lags, sometimes doesn't), and next car game.

processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3210m CPU @ 2.50GHz 2.50 GHz

ram: 8GB

system type: 64GB

storage: 1000GB

Rockstar ported gta iv from xbox to pc very badly, which means it can lag on very good computers, and work on bad ones. Some people have amazing computers and gta iv lags on low settings for them. And some people have terrible computers and gta iv works for them. But your computer does meet the system requirements for the game, so it should work on at least medium settings.
