Which Texture Looks Better For A Blazerod Block In A Minecraft Mod?

I'm the artist for the CrystalMod(https://minecraft.curseforge.com/projects/crystalmod) which is an awesome Minecraft mod. I have created two different top textures for a blazerod block. Please tell me which one looks best and maybe a description of why. Say "1" or "2". DO NOT ANSWER IF YOU ARE NOT A MINECRAFTER!
