What pcpartpicker would be good for a gaming pc and mods?

I'm looking to build a gaming pc for 600-700$. I plan on playing minecraft servers, waw with mods, gmod, and fallout 3 heavily modded and still have 70+ fps

I had a custom tower built for around $650 with 1 tara hard drive 2 gig dedicated video card gaming motherboard 650 mgh power supply and i think an amd amk5000 processor… I had mine biult for the exact same reason you are lol, to run a roleplay minecraft server, fo3 with about 73 mods, and wow.
