Can someone build a 400$ rig with pcpartpicker?

I just want a 400$ budget pc that can record minecraft and play other games like bf4 and crysis. I've been looking around for a build and can't find a decent one. And i don't mind if its 20$ or less above 400$. Thank you i will choose what i feel is the best build as the answer. Oh yea the one i found was this on newegg http://www.newegg.com/...bo.1571841 if thats good enough just say it because this guy on youtube has about the same specs but it was a lower level kaveri and was recording max settings with shaders!
