Minecraft Mod requiremebts?

I need a laptop that can handle the minecraft mod, mo explosives mod and tnt mod. With those mods there are massive explosives. I need to know where I can get a laptop that will run it SMOOTHLY when i light those explosives and much more. Can i get it at walmart? Price? If not can i get a desktop pc that will run it at walmart and again price. I live in a very rural area, all i have near me is a walmart and meijer. Experience only i don't want guesses. I don't want to waste money on something that can't handle what i'm looking for. Please and thank you for whoever knows.
