I'm trying to join a server called Saiyancraft and I've had so many problems just trying to join. I've narrowed the issues down but now it's saying I don't have the DBC files to play when I have them. Another issue that I have is that minecraft keeps crashing because I have the mod equipped which is stupid, help?

Do you have any other mods installed? They could be conflicting with the program, and you wouldn't be able to play on servers unless you had the mods they want and ONLY those.
If you had any mods previously that you un-installed it could also be causing conflicts, to the same effect. In which case I'd recommend un-installing the game then re-installing it all and trying again.
In fact I'd recommend the un-install, re-install thing if you can't figure it out anyway. It's not too difficult and tends to solve a variety of problems.
Other than those scenarios, it's possible that the server uses a different version of the DBC mod. It's expensive and time consuming for the servers to change their mod-pack(s), even if it is to an updated version of the same one. As a result they sometimes just don't do it. Others will take the server down for a couple of days to get the latest version installed as soon as possible. Check to see if you're using the wrong one.
I can't think of much other than that. Maybe the server's offline, though I think that would be unlikely as it seems you've done some research into the issue already.
