Is an HP Envy 15t a good gaming laptop?

I was looking for a gaming laptop from $700-$800 and I saw this on HP's website. I searched videos of this laptop in game but the HP Envy 15t-j000 kept coming up (HP's website said this laptop was an HP Envy 15t, so I'm not exactly sure if it's the same computer).

So, would this laptop run games such as minecraft and GTA 4 (with mods included)?

Added (1). Also, I searched this laptop's processor's GHz, and it said 2.50 GHz, but the minecraft minimum requirements says 2.6 GHz, so does that mean this can't run this computer? Thanks again, I really do appreciate all of your help.

Minecraft should run fluently on this particular laptop. Don't know about the GTA 4, since it is one of the poorest optimized games I have seen, but, in my opinion you should be able to play it on MID settings without problems.
