How to set up a Minecraft server with mods on a computer?

If by mods you mean Pixelmon, Hexxit or Walking Dead. Its a easy as buying a server and asking the host to Install it for you. When I made my Pixelmon server through MCProhosting, all I had to do was pay for the server and a small fee to install the mod. Hope this helps!
