How to install minecraft mods on windows 10?

I don't think Minecraft: Windows 10 Edition Beta supports mods. If you would like to use mods then install the Java version of Minecraft instead.

If you have the normal version of Minecraft, yes. If you bought the Windows 10 Edition, no.
