How to Grow/Promote My Youtube Gaming Channel?

I started a Gaming channel about 4 months ago and have about 77 Subs which is pretty good but a lot of them are friends. I understand you gotta be original but its harder than it sounds, So much has been done! I would like to grow my channel so more people can enjoy my videos xD As of now I mostly do Minecraft with lots of mods because its simple and I'm really good at it but i'm trying to expand to other games! Amazing Channel you got there. I think I found the reason why you have only 77 subs.
I think that the Lets plays you do are great, and it is a good way to always have content on you channel. The problem is that not that many people are actually searching for Lets Plays, because there are tons of them already. I suggest you to do some video tutorials or tips, that way when people search for those things in Youtube, they will find YOU and then they will probably subscribe and maybe even watch your Lets plays. For example, I have made only one video, it was a tutorial for minecraft, it got around 45k views in less than a month and I got around 200 subscribers. That is because people searched for that tutorial. You can also do some research to find some good Tags, if you choose your tags well and make content based on those tags, you will get a lot of views.
