How to change my IP address on Minecraft?

I need to this to bypass servers that do a 1 account per IP thing. I need some kind of mod that can do this and is optifine compatible. I used to have one but its discontinued so i can't use it anymore. I have found 1 mod that can do this but its not optifine compatible.
