Games like Minecraft but more realistic?

I was thinking about getting Rust, but then I saw that it was Multiplayer only, which I don't like. So in your answer, please include games that are single player only, or single player and multiplayer. Essentially what I want is Rust, but with single player mod available. Just in case, what I'm looking for in this game is:
-It can be alpha, beta, released, whatever
-Preferably available on Steam
-Building
-First-Person Perspective
-Animals/mobs
-Option to do Single player mode
-Hunger and similar systems
-Gathering Resources
-Day cycle
-Not pixellated/retro graphics (graphics like Rust preferably)

Added (2). Also, Seven Days to Die isn't an option for me at this time.

Only one on the top of my head is rust. There's not too many games like mc around. Get farcry 3? Its not FULL OUT minecraft survival, but its kinda like that. Very fun game, but if you don't like shooters, then not a good choice.

Got one game that i use to play called SecondLife but its not exactly like minecraft but you can build like crazy
