I need a game to play. I like MMORPG type games but i'm very picky, I like them when I can go on my own or find friends

I've always been picky with games not sure why… I used to play Darkorbit, Habbo Hotel, Call of Duty, GTA, Minecraft - things where there's no real story line, you can go off on your own and build yourself or you can have a laugh with friends - I don't play the above as I don't really have many friends to play with as they're all at Uni or working… Just want something to pass the time.
Any thoughts? Anyone relate?
