Send me a modded version of Minecraft?

Can someone send me a.Minecraft folder that's been set up with Modloader or Forge? I've tried to mod it myself, but no matter what I do, even following video walkthroughs exactly, I can't get it mod correctly. Added (1). I want a modded version of both 1.7.4 and 1.6.4.

Which version of minecraft are you trying to use. Legally, we can't provide the minecraft.jar, which is the part that forge is in, but I know recently, forge has a.jar file of each version that automatically installs it.
