I already have optical drive and hard drive with windows 7 ultimate but will adding these old parts bog down my pc build oh and I'm gonna be gaming on it games like TF2, Minecraft heavy mod packs, Elder Scrolls Online, Battlefield possibly will this all work

If you're building a "new" computer, why are you picking out old parts?

Intel has released 2 generations of Core i5/i7 processors since AMD's outdated socket AM3+.

And you mentioned you want to play "Battlefield?" Well… That OLD Radeon HD 7770 will have NO problems maxing out Battlefield: Bad Company 2, or Battlefield 2142. If you want to max out Battlefield 3 and 4, then go with a Core i5, and R9 290.
