BUDGET GAMING PC BUILD! Is it good?

As some of you may know (prob most of you) I'm building a gaming pc for under $570. This build is a kill you console build that I built on PCPartPicker myself. Now I'm building this instead of buying a PS4. Now the games I will be running,

DayZ mod and standalone
Arma III,
Battlefield 3 and 4,
Crysis 3,
Skyrim (will Skyrim run on ultra at at 25-40 fps?)
Minecraft (:P duh)
Rust
watch dogs (when it comes out)
and other high graphic Steam games

So, 1.) Should I buy the parts and start building?
2.) Is Everything parts wise compatible?
3) Will I need more cooling other than the heat sink and fans the processor and case come with?

Thanks!

Oh and yes I already have a tv I will be running this all on and I also have an external blue ray/ dvd drive

Added (1). Incompatible? But the part picker does not have a prob with an fm2 processor and fm2 mortarboard… It says there are no issues… Hmm

I don't think the motherboard and cpu are compatible, the cpu socket is fm2 and the one on the motherboard is fm2+, so i don't think that they are compatible, pretty good build for the price though.

MOST PARTS ARE INCOMPATIBLE… A LIT BIT EXPENSIVE… HAVE YOU TRIED A BRANDED SETUP. JUST GIGABYTE & ATI RADEON

The setup is good, but sometimes cheaper is not always the best thing to do. I would try to change the motherboard to maybe an ASUS FM2 Motherboard since ASUS has a great feedback of electronics. They are compatible! Also, try getting Windows 7 since Most programs are compatible with that version of Windows. The Power socket is a little to low for the things you're going to run. Try a 550W PSU and that will save you from any troubles!

As always, Happy Building!

Try to take some parts from it and look for your own pc parts. Look for hackintosh minimal specs because hackintoshes are powerful computers that have good gaming capabilities. Then you could modify the list. Also remember better have more than less( regarding power supply…)
