I was wondering what cheap laptop that is decent enough to run minecraft at constant 60fps all the time no matter if it is loaded with 40 mods I can buy. Does anyone have any suggestions? Is so, what is the price and where can I buy it?

I don't believe there's such thing as a good cheap gaming laptop. Then it could depend as to what you classify as cheap.

"good" and "cheap" don't happen together. You can get a laptop that is cheap, or you can get one that is good. There's no such thing as one that is both good and cheap. And one that runs Minecraft at 60fps all the time, loaded, is NOT going to be cheap at all.

There's no such thing. Gaming laptops start at around $750 for the most basic and go up quickly from there.
$1000 for something "OK", $1250 for something "good", and $1500+ for something "great".
