Minecraft won't show up on my monitor but still runs

Ok. So I load up Minecraft 1.9.2 on my computer. It starts out all fine, showing me the windowed Mojang logo. But then, It pops up to my Desktop, and I can't click anything. It is running, and I can even click buttons on the Program, but nothing shows up. I've tried reinstalling it, and I've tried running it as an administrator. I've even tried running a different version, but none of these worked. I get no error issue when this happens, and I have to keep using Task manager to close it.
