I was messing around with the super egret settings on mine craft and it wouldn't go back to normal. When i checked f3 it stated that i had no shader on however it had some sort of glitch as it was red and blue like one of the shaders. I've tried lots but i can't get rid of this horrible red and blue colour to the screen.

Go into your video settings and turn '3D Anaglyph' off. Also try restarting your game, if all else fails then just delete your.minecraft (Back up all your worlds and remember your server ips) and just reinstall minecraft.
